Security Deposit
We ask for a security deposit of €500 which will be refunded to you within three working days of your departure, unless there is any major damage to the property.
Cancellation
If you cancel, we will try to re-let your period and, if successful, we will refund your payment less a €100 administration fee.
We highly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance which covers medical, personal and cancellation charges.
How to pay
Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. An initial deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due no less than 8 weeks before your arrival.
If you are booking within 8 weeks of your arrival, then full payment is required at the time of booking.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is before 10 am.
